#Direct Routing Troubleshooting tools coming to Teams Admin Center

Rolling out in March 2025 is a brand-new feature to the Teams Admin Center that I think will be super useful to admins of their Microsoft Teams Phone deployment. This is the ability to review SIP Ladder diagrams directly in the Teams Admin Center.

These reports will be available under the Usage Reports pages section of the Teams Admin Center and allow admins to view SIP requests, responses, and SDP data between the Microsoft Teams proxy and SBC the call was routed through.

These calls will be made available on these reports no earlier than 30 minutes after the call was made and be stored for 30 days.

I think this is another great feature to be added directly to the Teams Admin Center which will only help admins with their Direct Routing deployment. I also think this will be helpful for administrators who have a hosted Direct Routing deployment where they cannot get access to the providers SBCs directly. This will give more self-service to admins are allow them to troubleshoot calls effectively.

For examples of SIP Ladder Diagrams for Teams and Direct Routing more information can be found here.

Another great feature release coming to the Teams Admin Center, are you going to use this feature?
